History
Phyto Marketing Company was established on January 1st, 1988 by a group of partners with a shared passion for Ayurvedic medicine.
The partners, Mr. Dilip Govindrao Gune (D.Pharm), Mr. Shivaji Anandrao Kadambande (B.Sc), Late Mr. Raviprakash Krishnaji Bhide (B.Sc), Mr. Sharad Gajanan Pandit (B.Sc) and Mr. Madhav Krishnaji Deshingkar (B.Com) worked together to create a company that would provide high-quality Ayurvedic products to customers. Since its establishment, Phyto Marketing Company has grown and expanded, becoming a trusted name in the Ayurvedic pharmaceutical market. Today, we continue to work hard to provide our customers with the best possible products and service, and to advance the field of Ayurvedic medicine through research and development.
Phyto Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company that was formed on April 1st, 2002. The company was previously a partnership firm, Phyto Marketing Company, which was established on March 27th, 2002. The decision to convert the partnership firm to a private limited company was made in order to expand the business, attract more investments and to have a more formal structure.

Mr. Dilip Govindrao Gune (D. Pharm)
Has rich historical background of Rajvaidya Late Shri. Babasaheb Gune, the Medical adviser to the state Royal family of Kolhapur & now Dr. (Mrs.) Ketaki Koujalgi, daughter of Shri. D. G. Gune is serving Ayurveda as 5th generation member of this family.
Mr. Shivaji Anandrao Kadambande (B.Sc)
Shivaji Kadambande, after completing his Science Degree at M S University, Vadodara, started as a Medical Representative at Indo Pharma, Mumbai. He later joined Vitro Pharma in Vadodara, covering part of Gujarat. In 1986, he became a Partner at Phyto Marketing, operating in multiple states. He eventually became the Managing Director before retiring in 2014.
Mr. Subhash Govindrao Gune (B.E. Civil)
From the construction business to Executive Director, Mr. Subhash Gune’s journey shaped our organization. His expertise elevated administration, fostering cohesive relationships with field staff. A true “people’s man,” he motivated and united our team, leaving an enduring legacy of growth. In his memory, we honor a builder of both structures and a united workforce.
Mr. Raviprakash Krishnaji Bhide (B.Sc)
Ravi Prakash Bhide started as a Medical Representative in 1972 with ADC in Bangalore. He later worked at Aristo Pharmaceuticals and E Merck. Known for exceptional sales and product knowledge, he became Director of Phyto Marketing Pvt Ltd in 2000.
Mr. Sharad Gajanan Pandit (B.Sc)
Mr. Sharad Pandit worked as Regional Manager in Boehriger Knoll (Gersman Company) for 10 years Divisional Manager with Centaur Pharmaceutical Company for 3 years. He joined Phyto Marketing in the year 1985. This was a real task to show progress in Ayurvedic quality Formulations with excellent infrastructure and experience.
The New Direction - Phyto Marketing Pvt. Ltd
The transition to a private limited company has allowed Phyto Marketing Pvt. Ltd to access new opportunities for growth and expansion, and to better serve its customers by providing them with high-quality Ayurvedic products, and have expanded its presence in various states of India. The company has established a strong distrubution network via Super Stockists, C&F Agents and Stockists. The company is fully compliant with all the legal and regulatory requirements of a private limited company, and is committed to conducting its business in a transparent and ethical manner.
